Arun is the CM&CO of Zurich Financial Services, a leading global insurance provider. He oversees all aspects of integrated marketing, brand management and communications in over 150 countries.His achievements have been well recognised. Among other awards, in 2003/04, BtoB Magazine named him “Top Marketer of the Year,” while in 2004 his team received Business Week’s “Excellence in Corporate Advertising” award. Arun is an acclaimed author with his published book, “Sweet Spot: How to Maximize Marketing for Business Growth.”He serves on the Board of Directors of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and the 24x7Learning company. He is also on the advisory Board of the CMO Council, Global EFFIE awards and Mu Sigma. Arun holds degrees from Michigan State University, the Indian Institute of Mass Communications in New Delhi and from St. Xavier’s College at the University of Calcutta.
