Cancellations      
  
Cancellations made before 11 June 2008 will be charged a 30% administration charge. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full invoice total.  However, substitute delegates will be welcomed.  If a non-member replaces a member the prevailing rate will be payable        
        
        
        
Booking Conditions        

On receipt of the registration form plus full payment, a VAT receipt will be forwarded. Full Payment must be received before the event date. If payment is not received, delegates may be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card on the day.
