Cancellations   
     
        
Cancellations made before 31 January 2008 will be charged a 30% administration charge. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full invoice total.  However, substitute delegates will be welcomed.  If a non-member replaces a member the prevailing rate will be payable        
        
        
Booking Conditions        
        
On receipt of the registration form plus full payment, a VAT receipt will be forwarded. Full Payment must be received before the event date. If payment is not received, delegates may be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card on the day.        
        
        
Data Protection        
        
We use your data for analytical research and to keep you informed of our products and services.  We will not disclose your data to any other organisation unless we have your permission to do so.
