Robin Richmond

Robin Richmond

Robin heads up Bigmouthmedia’s PPC team, handling clients including British Airways, and Hilton. Robin joined Bigmouthmedia following several years as a digital marketing manager in the telecoms sector. Robin’s team is spread across the four Bigmouth offices so he’s often jetlagged, but never grumpy. Under Robin’s watchful eye, his team at Bigmouthmedia has tripled in size and won several industry awards.



Angus Maciver

Responsible for all external communications including Marketing (advertising, leaflets, magazines, in store ), Public Affairs (Press office), Corporate Affairs, Customer Services and Leadership of the CSR programme.

Previously Angus worked for Prudential as Marketing Director among other roles, including Insurance Business Director, Partnerships Director and Brand Director.

Prior to Prudential Angus spent 10 years in PepsiCo in both Beverages and Snack Foods (Walkers). Roles spanned several functions; with time in Marketing (including the Vice President Marketing for Central Europe based in Budapest), Sales, Franchise Management and Insights (Vice President Insights on the Walkers Exec was my last role) in both the UK and Central Europe.  Worked with many of Europes largest retailers including senior interactions with Tesco, Asda, Safeway, Sainsbury, Carrefour and Auchan.

Angus started his career in Procter and Gamble in Brand Management (Marketing).

Worked on and managed a number of brands including Ariel, Vicks, Crest and Wash & Go.

Graduated University of Glasgow in 1986 with an MA in History and Politics.



Kerris Bright

Kerris was appointed chief marketing officer for AkzoNobel’s global  Decorative Paints business in January 2008 upon the takeover by the company of ICI Paints where she had been CMO since June 2006.

Kerris joined ICI Paints in 2001 as UK marketing director; responsible for the brand development, innovation, communication and activation of famous brands such as Dulux, Polycell, Cuprinol and Hammerite.  

Kerris began her Career in 1991 with Unilever as a marketing graduate trainee and spent her first 3 years with Quest International before moving to Unilever’s consumer healthcare division, Unipath Ltd, where she held a number of senior marketing and general management roles.

Kerris has a degree in Biology and a PhD in Molecular Neuroscience from the University of Sussex, both excellent qualifications for a career in Marketing.



Maeve Gillies

Maeve Gillies is an award-winning jeweller and designer from Edinburgh. A graduate of Edinburgh College of Art and the Royal College of Art in London, Maeve has lectured, designed and consulted extensively in jewellery design and manufacturing. She has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, Australia, America and the UK. From 2001-4 she was head of design for Domino in England, the largest platinum jewellery manufacturer in Europe, supplying 35,000 products a year in 30 countries.

In New York City in 2005, Maeve co-founded MaeVona: a luxury jewellery brand, styled around her Scottish heritage, supplying high-end stores across America with her unique Scottish-inspired designs. In just 3 years, MaeVona has gained incredible success and acclaim, winning top industry awards including the 2008 JCK Jeweller’s Choice Award for Best Bridal Design in America, as chosen by over 11,000 retailers. MaeVona is now recognized as a Scottish-designed brand of excellence.

Maeve is also a GlobalScot, as well as a professional musician (Scottish harp), avid motorcyclist, mountain climber and bicyclist.
