Cancellations
Cancellations made
two weeks before the event start date will be charged a 30% administration charge. Cancellations made any time after this date will be charged the full invoice total. However, substitute delegates will be welcomed. If a non-member replaces a member the prevailing rate will be payable.
Annual Dinner and Conference Event Cancellations
From the time of booking cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation charge. Any Cancellations made 2 months prior to the event are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. However, substitute delegates will be welcomed for the conference. If a non-member replaces a member the prevailing rate will be payable.
Booking Conditions
On receipt of the booking and full payment, a VAT receipt will be forwarded.
Full Payment must be received before the event date. If payment is not received, delegates may be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card on the day.
Data Protection
We use your data for analytical research and to keep you informed of our products and services. We will not disclose your data to any other organisation unless we have your permission to do so.
