Terms and Conditions 

Cancellations      
Cancellations made two weeks before the event start date will be charged a 30% administration charge. Cancellations made any time after this date will be charged the full invoice total.  However, substitute delegates will be welcomed.  If a non-member replaces a member the prevailing rate will be payable.

Annual Dinner and Conference Event Cancellations 
From the time of booking cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation charge. Any Cancellations made 2 months prior to the event are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.  However, substitute delegates will be welcomed for the conference.  If a non-member replaces a member the prevailing rate will be payable.    
        
Booking Conditions 
On receipt of the booking and full payment, a VAT receipt will be forwarded. Full Payment must be received before the event date. If payment is not received, delegates may be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card on the day.        
               
Data Protection
