Jayne -Anne joined Virgin in 1994 and set up the Virgin One account - a revolutionary mortgage which proved to be a huge success.

The One account was bought by the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2001 and Jayne-Anne moved with it to become Managing Director of the bank’s Consumer Finance Division.
Jayne-Anne returned to Virgin Money in 2007 where she is now Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to Disney President and CEO Bob Iger, Mr. Bird works with all of Disney's business unit leaders around the world, coordinating and overseeing growth opportunities for The Walt Disney Company outside the United States.
