Influencing Consumer Behaviour: A guide for sustainable marketing (formerly 'Green Drinks')
Business in the Community and The Marketing Society shared what six top marketing companies have learned about how marketers can influence consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle.

Over the past year, Business in the Community and Insight Exchange have led a collaboration between B&Q, Kraft Foods, EDF Energy, Marks & Spencer, Unilever and Waitrose to share consumer research and experience in the market. This has given us a clear picture of where consumers stand and how marketers are developing robust approaches for engagement.

The results of this project are published in a new report: “Influencing Consumer Behaviour – A guide for sustainable marketing”.
