Marketing Apprentice

6 May 2009

Stirling University

Why not come along to The Marketing Apprentice and watch our 4 finalist schools battle it out in front of our panel of judges.

This year, the challenge was to create a marketing plan for a new flavour of Mackies Ice-cream. From the submissions, judges have chosen 4 schools to develop their ideas with the help of agencies and their local radio stations to record a radio advert.

This year, the 4 schools are:
Holyrood Secondary School
Speyside High School
Alva Academy
Inverclyde Academy
 Mackie's of Scotland

Our panel of judges are industry experts sure to put the schools through their paces! Our judges are: Suzanne George of Denvir, Malcolm Roughead of VisitScotland, Kerr Arthur of Baxters and Karin Hayhow of Mackies.

Malcolm Roughead will also give an overview of his career and about choosing marketing as a rewarding career.
