Paul has worked with Randy Lerner since 2005, and was part of the team that completed the purchase of Aston Villa in 2006. In his current position Paul divides his time between the business operations of the club at Villa Park and working closely with the Chairman and Manager on the acquisition and sale of player personnel at Bodymoor Heath.

Russell Jones

Head of Marketing, Aston Villa

Russell is responsible for the clubs Marketing & Brand strategy and the tactical execution of stakeholder marketing communications (online and offline). The role also includes management of customer databases, partner activation, supporter consultation and brand advancement outside of the UK. Russell joined Aston Villa in 2003, and managed the club re-brand in 2007.

Alison Plant

Alison Plant
Head of Hospitality and Events, Aston Villa

Alison is responsible for the corporate sales and hospitality operations at Villa Park, including the management of over 700 employees on a match day. The role encompasses sourcing new business opportunities on a commercial level, introducing business initiatives and hospitality offerings.
