Albion Dinner with Les Montgomery, Chief Executive, Highland Spring

The Albion Dinner programme will begin the year with Les Montgomery, Chief Executive of Highland Spring on 3 February at Hotel du Vin, Glasgow.

Speakers

Les Montgomery

Les Montgomery
chief executive, Highland Spring Group

Les Montgomery joined Highland Spring in 1985 when it was a small business with a turnover of £3.2 million. Today the company is the UK’s leading bottled water supplier with a group turnover in excess of £75m. Following a long term role as Finance Director, Les was appointed to the position of Chief Executive in February 2008.

With an aspiration to grow the turnover to £100m within the next 3 years, the recent acquisitions of the Speyside Glenlivet business in March 2009 and the water arm of Greencore plc in March 2010, give the business the capacity and brand portfolio to succeed in this ambition. The vision of being the UK’s leading supplier of Natural Source Water is underpinned by sustainability initiatives, particularly those relating to our catchment area management and operating regimes.
