Doug Boyle, the vice president, Retail Marketing, Shell will be the guest speaker at our Business Leader Dinner on 4 February at The Athenaeum Hotel, London. At Shell, Doug is responsible for Shell’s fuels, convenience retail and credit and loyalty card business across a global network of 45,000 retail sites.

As Vice President, Retail Marketing, Doug is responsible for Shell’s Fuels portfolio, Convenience Retail and Credit & Loyalty Card business across the company’s global network of 45,000 retail sites. Doug’s responsibilities also include Site design and standards for customer experience.

Doug joined Shell with the acquisition of Pennzoil-Quaker State in October 2002, where he was President of Pennzoil’s Automotive & Consumer Products group. Prior to Pennzoil-Quaker State, Doug held a number of Marketing, Sales and General Management responsibilities in PepsiCo’s snack food and beverage divisions over a period of 19 years.

Doug received his BA from Bates College and MBA from Northwestern University in the United States
