Patrick will talk about the impressive turnaround of the Co-op brand and its ambitious plans for the future. During his tenure, profit has risen significantly while marketing costs have been reduced by £6 million. The Co-operative brand has also moved from outside the top 100 brands to number 24 – just two places behind Marks & Spencer - and has seen its brand value increase from £147m to £2.2 bn.
