Tina Fegent

Tina Fegent has had considerable experience in the arena of the procurement of marketing services. She has a unique background having worked for both clients and agencies. She set up and run the Procurement Marketing teams for O2, GSK and Orange/France Telecom. She then joined Grey Advertising as their Commercial Director, negotiating with the Agencies many clients. She then did the same role at Lowe Advertising. In 2006 she set up Tina Fegent Consulting to offer a procurement support service to both clients and agencies. Clients have included ITV, Yahoo, Barclays, Moneysupermarket.com, William Hill, Scottish & Newcastle and Nationwide. Agencies have included Mother, Zenith Optimedia, Frame, Mediacom, M&C Saatchi, TBWA and John Brown Publishing. She chairs the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Specialist knowledge Group on Marketing Purchasing, and developed and ran the ‘Procurement for non Procurement Managers’ course for the IPA.

Tom Gill
agency relations capability, Heineken International
In terms of client / agency side, Tom has been both “poacher and gamekeeper”. He started out client side in brand management with Unilever before spending 16 years in advertising in senior client service roles in creative and media agencies in Scotland. He then moved back client side with Scottish & Newcastle where he became head of marcoms working across media and creative. Following S&N’s acquisition by Heineken he took up a global procurement role where he led the agencies, media and research team at Group Purchasing. He is now leading the agency relations unit at the recently formed Global Commerce University in Heineken’s head office in Amsterdam.
