Inspiring Minds Executive Development Programme

Inspiring brand building through development of customer partnerships

Inspiring Minds is a new programme of development events, organised by The Marketing Society in association with Denvir, being planned at three levels of marketing and agency management.

The second event for Executives will focus on how to grow brands and businesses through a better understanding of the customer and consumer alike.

Andrew Ligertwood formally of Heineken, will share his experience of developing a new approach to customer marketing since his appointment to the Highland Spring Group in 2010.  Mark Thomson from Kantar Worldpanel will then provide an overview of key trends in what retailers are looking for, as well as benefits of key consumer insight required to drive successful customer marketing programmes . The Highland Spring journey will then further unfold, with an understanding from Paul Condron of how customer-centric  marketing can impact wider parts of the marketing and brand team.
